Welcome to Ex-Fighter Pilot
I build strategy systems for scale-up Creative, Digital and Social Agencies - the ones caught in a specific squeeze.
You've grown past the point where the founder or leadership team can be in every room. But a strategy department is still hard to justify - senior strategists are scarce, expensive, and hard to keep busy.
Meanwhile you're winning bigger clients. The kind who expect strategic rigour on every brief.
That would just make me the new bottleneck.
Instead: proven frameworks, built into AI-assisted tools your existing team runs. Account directors, creative and social leads, project managers - the people already doing strategic work without the title.
Enterprise-grade strategy - run by the team you already have
No. Amplified, not automated. The AI does the heavy lifting; your people make the calls. If your team can't defend the output in a client room, the system has failed.
And when a brief needs the strategy done directly - a larger Agency or Brand bringing in senior support - I take that on too. Both routes are in the tabs below.
Fair question.
20+ years of strategy from every seat at the table: creative (DDB, M&C Saatchi), media (Mindshare), consulting (Renoir), brand-side (Digi), platform (Astro). Very few strategists in the region have seen the same problem from all those angles.
But the proof I lean on most: previously, as Chief Strategy Officer at one of the largest and most awarded advertising agencies in Malaysia, almost nobody on my strategy team came from strategy. They crossed over from account management, design, project management. It worked.
Strategic thinking is a muscle everyone owns. It just needs working out.
